Shipping Policy
Before payment, please confirm your shipping address; please leave your phone number and a valid, frequently used email address so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Order processing can take 24-48 hours. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number email will be sent to your email inbox.
For some special styles of items, if they are customized, it will take at least 10 business days to produce after receiving your successful order, so it will take a few weeks in total to receive your shoes. Please note that if you live in more rural areas, it may take longer. International orders may be held by customs; unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, and we do not offer any assistance or compensation in these matters. We hope you understand.
